"Women Playmakers" is a highly regarded team among our College partners, made up of ~100 first, second, and third-year athletes who identify as female or non-binary and are interested in sustainable investing. An impressive 40% of the 2025 roster advanced to Phase 2 of the Winter League, with 50% of the Fellows from the Class of 2027 securing internship offers at top companies before the end of the season. Among them are our six featured athletes below who accepted 2026 Summer Analyst offers at UBS, the title sponsor for Women Playmakers 2025!
All Fellows began their Women Playmakers fellowship journeys in Phase 1, known as the "Individual Competition." During this three-week "regular season," they participated in three rounds of mock interviews. These interviews were scored and evaluated by MAP alumni, providing the Fellows with the tools and confidence needed to compete for the #1 position on the Leaderboard Rankings.
Sponsored by UBS, the Fellows simulated interviews for the role of "2025 Global Wealth Management Summer Analyst" at the bank. This experience offered valuable insights into UBS' unique offerings and taught the Women Playmakers how to tailor their responses to specific job roles and functions.
We look forward to seeing our 2025 Women Playmakers' build on the rich tradition of last year's squad, which saw 75% of the 2024 Women Playmakers secure Summer 2025 analyst roles by March 2025, including several who secured and accepted internship offers at UBS (see below).
All Fellows impressed our team during the individual competition; however, the following five athletes distinguished themselves and achieved the highest scores on our leaderboard:
