The 2025 Spring League kicked off in high gear with 250+ passionate athletes across our five vibrant Spring League teams—Skills Challenge, Pick Six, Game Managers, Spring D-League, and Senior Bowl—picking up where our Winter League Fellows left off. Each Spring League Fellow arrived with an unwavering determination to not only hone their skills for future post-playing careers but also to engage in fierce competition with other elite athletes in a high-stakes environment. The atmosphere was charged with ambition and camaraderie, a perfect blend of aspiration and talent, setting the stage for what turned out to be a memorable season.

Morgan Stanley served as the title sponsor for our "Skills Challenge" fellowship and hosted three mock interviews for the simulated role of "2026 Sophomore Fixed Income Summer Analyst." Additionally, MS collaborated with our Student Support Team to develop a new case study. In this project, our athletes worked in teams of four & with an MS mentor to create a traditional retirement portfolio for a Morgan Stanley client valued at $2.5M.
Our athletes had the opportunity to present their final projects to Morgan Stanley to MS leaders on Wednesday, May 28th, which marked the formal conclusion of both their project and their participation in the Spring League.
Sixth Street served as the title sponsor for our "Pick Six" fellowship and hosted three mock interviews for the simulated role of "2026 Summer Investment Analyst." In addition, Sixth Street collaborated with our Student Support Team to develop a new case study. In this project, our athletes worked in teams of six to advise Sixth Street on the potential acquisition of an organization or company that serves the women’s soccer ecosystem, such as a soccer club, health and wellness company, or clothing brand.

Microsoft served as the title sponsor for our "Game Managers" fellowship and hosted three mock interviews for the simulated role of "2026 Product Management Intern." Additionally, Microsoft collaborated with our Student Support Team to develop a new case study. In this project, our athletes worked in teams of six to co-design an innovative sports training copilot that utilizes AI to provide a highly personalized training experience for athletes.
On Wednesday, May 28, our athletes presented their final projects to Microsoft representatives, marking the official conclusion of both their project and their participation in the Spring League.
Kraft Heinz served as the title sponsor for our "Spring D-League" fellowship and hosted three mock interviews for the role of "2025 Management Trainee." Additionally, Kraft Heinz collaborated with our Student Support Team to develop a new case study. In this project, our athletes worked in teams of six to rebrand a U.S. Heinz product (such as Bagel Bites, Capri Sun, Jell-O, or Velveeta) and develop a complete strategy to engage new customers with a limited edition release. They drew inspiration from the brand’s first mustard innovation in over ten years.
