The MAP Minor League is the developmental system of the MAP Professional Development Association ("PDA"), designed to prepare emerging high-school scholar-athletes for long-term success at the nation’s top universities and, ultimately, at the world’s best companies.

At the Make-A-Play Foundation (MAP), we built the system that top companies now rely on to find the future face of their franchise — from All-Americans like Maya Bordas, flipping from Cal Gymnastics to Deloitte; to Olympic gold medalists like Lauren Scruggs, striking gold in Paris — and again on Wall Street at Bank of America; to National Champion runner-ups like Kobi Onyiuke, adding new X’s and O’s to his playbook as a consultant at Oliver Wyman.
Now, we’re bringing that same blueprint to the next generation.
The MAP Minor League is the first fully integrated “dual-prep” program preparing emerging high-school scholar-athletes for both college admissions and athletic recruiting at top universities.

Once Cal’s first gymnastics national champion — now flipping her precision & poise into product ops.

Over five weeks of academic training and three weeks of competition, fellows learn from elite early professionals — MAP alumni from top universities and leading companies — who’ve already mastered both worlds.
🥇 By the End of the Season…
Every fellow graduates with both a College-Ready Academic Portfolio and a Recruit-Ready Toolkit — proving that true excellence isn’t about choosing between scholar or athlete.
