2025 Summer Season Recap

The Fall season brought together 235 student-athletes across five competitive fellowships—Legacy Bowl, Diamond League, Trade Deadline, Fall D-League, and Overtime Elite—each balancing demanding academic schedules, in-season athletics, and MAP’s accelerated professional development curriculum.

Week after week, athletes delivered under pressure: mastering behavioral fundamentals, leveling up technical skills, and competing in real-time challenges with our Title Sponsors. MAP 360° captured the separation that emerged over the season, highlighting rising stars, proven veterans, and breakout prospects who consistently performed at a high level.

PHASE 1: REGULAR SEASON

The Regular Season set the competitive stage for the Fall, as all 235 Fellows moved through MAP’s structured weekly rhythm of drills, interviews, and performance checkpoints. Designed to mirror the cadence of a true professional season, the Regular Season emphasized consistency, communication, and growth under pressure.

By the end of Phase 1, clear leaders emerged. Fellows who demonstrated reliability, upward trajectory, and strong execution earned their place at the top of the standings and moved one step closer to the Playoffs.

Congratulations to Bailey O-Regan (Stanford Swimming & Diving), Bonnie Zhai (Harvard Golf), Elizabeth Oyler (WashU Swimming & Diving), Ennika Carlson (Harvard Swimming & Diving), Lauren Yu (UNC Chapel Hill Fencing), Madeleine Cole (Columbia Rowing), Sophia Smith (Washu Soccer), and Victor Dang (Penn Swimming & Diving) for being named to the 2025 All-MAP First Team.

Congratulations to Bonnie Zhai (Harvard Golf) — the Fall Season MVP for her standout performance!

PHASE 2: playoffs

The Playoffs brought the highest level of competition to the Fall season, as the top 80 Fellows (~35%) advanced into a condensed, high-pressure format built to mirror real-world professional evaluation.

Athletes stepped into leadership roles, delivered case recommendations to industry partners, and competed in team-based challenges that showcased their strategic thinking, communication under pressure, and readiness for early-pipeline opportunities. The Playoffs showcased the season’s strongest performers — the ones who could execute when the stakes were highest.

🎥 Watch Fall MVP Bonnie Zhai (Harvard Golf) deliver her Captain’s Address, presenting her team’s final investment recommendation to UBS.
