Four steps to the Winter season

1. Apply by Sunday, Jan 4, 2026
⏱ 5–7 minutes — tell us your sport, grad year, and interests. Once accepted, you’ll be drafted into your Winter League and matched with a Title Sponsor track.

2. Regular Season (3 Weeks of Interview Prep)
💬 Three weeks of position-specific interview training — from behavioral drills to technical reps — culminating in three graded mock interviews required for all athletes. Every rep counts toward your season ranking.

3. Playoffs (6 Weeks of Case Competition)
🏆 Top performers from the Regular Season team up to form their Starting 5, tackling a live business challenge designed by their Title Sponsor. Expect weekly deliverables, strategy sprints, and real-time coaching.

4. Final Presentations & Alumni Network
🎤 Present your team’s solution to industry partners and MAP judges. Finalists earn power-ranking points, alumni access, and visibility in MAP’s corporate Draft Room Portals.
