⚾ In MAP’s Major League, the “teams” are our 20 Professional Development Association (PDA) fellowships, offered across the four seasons of the year. Just like pro sports teams, each fellowship has its own roster, playbook, and Title Sponsor, truly making this the big leagues of career prep.
🏟️ Each fellowship focuses on a specific career track — from Investment Banking and Consulting to Sales, Marketing, Tech, and beyond. Athletes train and compete in MAP’s gamified system, sharpening industry-specific skills while earning valuable reps through interviews, cases, and presentations.
🤝 Title Sponsors play the role of franchise owners, putting their brand front and center throughout the Regular Season and Playoffs. This not only builds brand awareness but also accelerates recruiting pipelines — giving sponsors an inside track on the athletes most prepared to succeed at their firm.
