The MAP Professional Development Association (MAP PDA) is the first sports-style career league — a year-round system where student-athletes compete, train, and showcase their skills across four seasons of professional fellowships.
In the Major League (College), athletes join one of 20 fellowships each year — five per season across Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. Each fellowship acts as its own team, with a unique roster, career track, and a corporate Title Sponsor.
In the Minor League (High School), athletes enter four grade-based fellowships. Each fellowship blends exposure to multiple disciplines — STEM, business, humanities, arts, and health — with Phase 1 regular-season rotations and Phase 2 team-based casework.
