1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Every great franchise has a War Room — the command center where draft picks, scouting reports, and game film come together to build a championship roster. At MAP, that’s the Draft Room Portal.
The Portal is your exclusive GM dashboard for elite talent — a password-protected hub where all Commercial League Pass benefits live. From Scouting Reports and Power Rankings to Custom Draft Boards and Game Film Reviews, everything you need to evaluate MAP athletes is in one place, accessible on demand. Instead of juggling emails or waiting on updates, you step directly into the War Room — drafting smarter, moving faster, and building your team like a GM.

2. UBS-SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
Entering Year 5 of our partnership, MAP and UBS have already built a winning record together: more than 15 hires in the past 1.5 recruiting cycles (6 for Summer 2025, 2 full-time for Fall 2025, and 8 for Summer 2026). Among these hires are MAP alumni Amira Singh and Katie Pou, who recently returned as panelists to share their insights on the transition from athlete to analyst with our Class of 2028 athletes!
This year, we’re raising the bar with the Draft Room Portal — your private War Room that consolidates all four of your active MAP benefits under one roof. Scouting Reports become your roster sheets, Power Rankings your analytics, Game Film Reviews your film room breakdowns, and the Custom Draft Board your tailored strategy guide — complete with “Create-a-Player” profiles modeled after your most successful MAP hires across various lines of business.
As UBS looks ahead to Summer 2027 recruiting, the Draft Room Portal ensures you’re not just in the game — you’re running it like a GM on Draft Day, with a complete scouting system that no competitor can match.

The Team Pass is MAP’s entry-level partnership — perfect for firms looking to establish a recruiting presence inside our ecosystem and access ready-to-hire, high-performing athletes across all four MAP PDA seasons.

Numbers alone don’t tell the full story. MAP’s Scouting Reports reveal each athlete’s academic rigor, on-field leadership, and professional polish — giving UBS the complete scouting picture beyond a résumé line.

You can’t spot leadership from a résumé. Player Showcases let UBS see who commands the room — how athletes communicate, think on their feet, and represent themselves in real time with your team watching.

Finding talent shouldn’t feel random. Custom Draft Boards give UBS a private, ranked “War Room” of your top MAP athletes — sortable, data-rich, and constantly updated to spotlight who’s rising fast.

Every week, MAP tracks who’s trending up — who delivers under pressure, who grows week-to-week, and who’s earning “Franchise Pick” status. UBS sees performance momentum before competitors do.
"All Résumés and Class Lists, Ready When You Are”
Think of this as opening up your own national recruiting office, powered by MAP’s 1,500+ athletes annually. With one click, you can have on-demand access to polished résumés and class lists across all four MAP Leagues, from the Class of 2028 rookies to the Class of 2025 alumni. Every résumé has been vetted and game-ready, so your recruiters spend less time screening and more time building the roster.
With the link provided, your team can download full résumé bundles or drill directly into class lists, giving you instant visibility into top talent across multiple years and career stages. Whether you’re targeting sophomores for internships or graduating seniors for full-time roles, the Scouting Reports ensure you have a depth chart ready at every position.
In sports terms, this is your scouting pipeline on demand — immediate, expandable, and tailored to help UBS draft smarter, faster, and with more reach than ever before.

“Live Access to the Athletes Who Fit Your Team”
⭐ UBS has steadily built visibility with MAP athletes through early touchpoints, game film reviews, résumé bundles, and participation in several joint partner showcases. These events have already helped introduce UBS to high-potential athletes interested in both Wealth Advice Center and Investment Banking pathways.
Player Showcases are designed to give your team direct, real-time access to top MAP talent — the athletes who have already separated themselves through performance, professionalism, and MAP’s data-driven scoring system.
⸻
⚡ To date, UBS has participated in joint showcases alongside other MAP partner firms, which has offered broad exposure and meaningful early engagement. However, UBS has not yet hosted a standalone, UBS-only Showcase — something we strongly recommend for this upcoming recruiting cycle.

"Live Access to the Athletes Who Fit Your Team”
🎯 Built to streamline recruiting and elevate precision, MAP’s Custom Draft Boards deliver targeted, data-driven recommendations — a curated shortlist of 15–30 athletes whose profiles align most closely with your firm’s hiring criteria. Each board draws from MAP’s proprietary Create-a-Player analytics, integrating academic performance, MAP assessment data, and expressed firm interest to surface the most promising candidates for interview and placement consideration.
Now entering Year 4 of our partnership, MAP has developed a refined understanding of what excellence looks like at UBS — interdisciplinary thinkers with strong quantitative foundations, intellectual curiosity, and the agility to thrive in team-based, client-facing environments. Each candidate featured here has excelled in MAP’s competitive fellowship pipeline and embodies the analytical rigor and leadership presence that define successful consultants.

📈 The result: a bespoke, data-driven draft board that sharpens recruiting focus, accelerates decision-making, and helps UBS identify the athletes most likely to make an immediate impact.

A 3.5+ GPA Finance/Econ major (Class of 2028) who has completed MAP fellowships in IB, Sales & Trading, or Wealth Management. Known for balancing rigorous academics with athletics, they thrive in high-pressure settings and treat technical prep like reps in practice. Market-savvy, disciplined, and already proven in MAP’s system, they’re the kind of athlete-analyst competitors will chase — making early engagement key.
A 3.3+ GPA interdisciplinary student-athlete (Class of 2027) who has completed cross-functional MAP fellowships or ones focused on Strategy or Corporate Finance. They bring strong EQ, thrive in team-based environments, and see client service as their playing field. More focused on people and strategic execution than technical drills, they can easily pivot into consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise credit, and global operations roles.
"See How Every Athlete Stacks Up Under Pressure”
MAP’s Power Rankings spotlight the top-performing athletes across all active leagues — think the ESPN Top 25, reimagined for the next generation of business leaders. Updated throughout the season, these leaderboards highlight rising stars, consistent standouts, and hidden gems, offering recruiters a dynamic, gamified snapshot of who’s excelling right now.
While Custom Draft Boards provide a focused, Oliver Wyman–specific shortlist, the Power Rankings expand your vantage point — surfacing standout talent across our broader network each quarter. From new prospects climbing fast to proven performers maintaining elite form, the Rankings help you discover high-potential athletes ready for their next challenge.

📅 Here’s a look at this fall’s leaderboard — a data-driven view of MAP’s top performers and a preview of the talent pipeline shaping the upcoming recruiting season.
The League Pass eliminates recruiting guesswork through data-driven insights and personalized engagement. It builds on the Team Pass with two signature upgrades that give partners a deeper, more analytical look at how athletes perform when it matters most.

Resumés show stats — but film shows intangibles. Other partners are already breaking down athlete highlight reels and practice reps. UBS risks missing how top prospects actually perform under pressure.

Owning a MAP League makes your brand the centerpiece of an entire season. UBS would anchor all materials, events, and digital platforms — the same way they've done in years past with the Winter D-League.

The League Pass Premium gives partners full-court access — combining elite alumni talent and internal culture-building tools to extend MAP’s impact inside your firm. It’s the ultimate personalization tier, turning recruiting success into long-term retention.

The story doesn’t end after hiring. Legends Rosters connect UBS with MAP alumni already thriving at top firms — turning successful hires into mentors, ambassadors, and storytellers for your next class.

This is how you build a pipeline that compounds. Dynasty Mode embeds UBS’s recruiting priorities directly into MAP’s system — with year-round analytics, Draft Room access, and sustained brand integration.
