1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Every great franchise has a War Room — the command center where draft picks, scouting reports, and game film come together to build a championship roster. At MAP, that’s the Draft Room Portal.
The Portal is your exclusive GM dashboard for elite talent — a password-protected hub where all Commercial League Pass benefits live. From Scouting Reports and Power Rankings to Custom Draft Boards and Game Film Reviews, everything you need to evaluate MAP athletes is in one place, accessible on demand. Instead of juggling emails or waiting on updates, you step directly into the War Room — drafting smarter, moving faster, and building your team like a GM.

2. UBS-SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
Entering Year 5 of our partnership, MAP and UBS have already built a winning record together: more than 15 hires in the past 1.5 recruiting cycles (6 for Summer 2025, 2 full-time for Fall 2025, and 8 for Summer 2026). Among these hires are MAP alumni Amira Singh and Katie Pou, who recently returned as panelists to share their insights on the transition from athlete to analyst with our Class of 2028 athletes!
This year, we’re raising the bar with the Draft Room Portal — your private War Room that consolidates all four of your active MAP benefits under one roof. Scouting Reports become your roster sheets, Power Rankings your analytics, Game Film Reviews your film room breakdowns, and the Custom Draft Board your tailored strategy guide — complete with “Create-a-Player” profiles modeled after your most successful MAP hires across various lines of business.
As UBS looks ahead to Summer 2027 recruiting, the Draft Room Portal ensures you’re not just in the game — you’re running it like a GM on Draft Day, with a complete scouting system that no competitor can match.

4 Partnership Benefits
“The 10-15 Prospects Built Just For You”
Every championship team needs a draft board — the big wall in the War Room where scouts circle the names that fit their system. For UBS, we’ve built just that: a private, hand-curated shortlist of 10–15 MAP athletes designed exclusively for your firm.
This isn’t guesswork. Each board is powered by MAP’s Create-a-Player profiles, custom archetypes we’ve developed by benchmarking athletes against the UBS alumni you’ve already hired and layering in signals of genuine interest. The result is a bespoke, data-driven draft board that lets you scout like a GM on Draft Day: faster decisions, less noise, and the highest odds of landing talent that will thrive in your system.

A 3.5+ GPA Finance/Econ major (Class of 2028) who has completed MAP fellowships in IB, Sales & Trading, or Wealth Management. Known for balancing rigorous academics with athletics, they thrive in high-pressure settings and treat technical prep like reps in practice. Market-savvy, disciplined, and already proven in MAP’s system, they’re the kind of athlete-analyst competitors will chase — making early engagement key.
A 3.3+ GPA interdisciplinary student-athlete (Class of 2027) who has completed cross-functional MAP fellowships or ones focused on Strategy or Corporate Finance. They bring strong EQ, thrive in team-based environments, and see client service as their playing field. More focused on people and strategic execution than technical drills, they can easily pivot into consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise credit, and global operations roles.
"All Résumés and Class Lists, Ready When You Are”
Think of this as opening up your own national recruiting office, powered by MAP’s 1,500+ athletes annually. With one click, you now have on-demand access to polished résumés and class lists across all four MAP Leagues, from the Class of 2028 rookies to the Class of 2025 alumni. Every résumé has been vetted and game-ready, so your recruiters spend less time screening and more time building the roster.
With the link provided, your team can download full résumé bundles or drill directly into class lists, giving you instant visibility into top talent across multiple years and career stages. Whether you’re targeting sophomores for internships or graduating seniors for full-time roles, the Scouting Reports ensure you have a depth chart ready at every position.
In sports terms, this is your scouting pipeline on demand — immediate, expandable, and tailored to help UBS draft smarter, faster, and with more reach than ever before.

"Your Brand, Front and Center All Season”
💎 UBS has stepped into the spotlight as the Title Sponsor of the 2025 Fall "Overtime Elite" fellowship — our most sought-after program for current juniors (Class of 2026) interested in pursuing careers as financial advisors. This incoming class consists of 30 Fellows, who boast an impressive average GPA of 3.6 and notable representation from Georgetown, Princeton, and Stanford. It’s an all-star lineup ready for your brand.
📣 The power of exposure is already clear: 30% of fellows indicated they had never heard of UBS before MAP. This exclusive branding will change that narrative and is positioned to yield multiple Summer 2026 WAC Analyst hires.

“Your Access to the All-Star Alumni Pipeline”
As a Silver Sponsor of MAP’s Pro Bowl Games, UBS has unlocked its fourth and final benefit of the year: Legends Roster. This capstone benefit gives UBS direct access to MAP’s most proven, battle-tested talent — athletes who have advanced through our system and are now competing on the biggest stage.
The Pro Bowl Games embody the all-star tournament spirit, where MAP’s top Investment Banking sophomores (Class of 2028) face off in individual and team competitions. Modeled after an academic quiz bowl, these events test not only technical knowledge but also the ability to think under pressure — the exact qualities firms seek in IB analysts.
Through the Legends Roster, UBS gains exclusive access to MAP’s elite alumni pipeline, including invite-only fellowships in Investment Banking, Alternative Investments, Management Consulting, and AI Product Development. Partners also see which MAP alumni are still “free agents” actively seeking internships or full-time roles, ensuring you’re always in position to draft proven talent that’s already shown it can win.

2025 MAP Pro Bowl Games Complete Résumé Bundle (pdf)
DownloadResumés show stats — but film shows intangibles. Other partners are already breaking down athlete highlight reels from mock interviews, case presentations, and pitch competitions. Without Game Film Reviews, UBS risks missing how top prospects actually perform under pressure.
Think recruiting combines — but built for business. Partners hosting Player Showcases get unmatched facetime with athletes in small group sessions or multi-line firm spotlights. Without this access, UBS may lose ground as competitors build brand equity earlier in the season.
Every month, MAP releases updated leaderboards showing which athletes are rising and who delivers in the clutch. Other firms use these rankings as an edge to scout momentum before draft day. Without Power Rankings, UBS is left without the analytics that separate contenders from champions.
Dynasty Mode helps companies like Deloitte create ERGs that keep former athletes competing in the workplace. It’s how partners turn hiring wins into long-term retention and culture. Without Dynasty Mode, UBS risks falling behind on maximizing the talent they’ve already drafted.
