"NXT" is recognized as a leading team for college partners emphasizing early recruitment for Sophomore Summer Analyst roles across various industries. The NXT roster for 2025 included an exclusive group of 75 dynamic first-year athletes. Notably, 56% of NXT Fellows successfully advanced to Phase 2 of the 2025 Winter League competition.
These top performers are well-positioned to secure highly competitive offers for Early Insight Programs or sophomore internships by the end of the calendar year, following a tradition of NXT alumni who leveraged the fellowship as a launchpad during their freshman year to secure a prestigious internship offer during their sophomore year.
We are proud to announce that six outstanding alumni from our 2024 NXT roster recently secured offers at Wells Fargo for the Summer 2025 Discovery Fellowship and the Summer 2026 Summer Analyst Program. This remarkable achievement highlights the significant and positive impact of Wells Fargo's title sponsorship on our NXT Fellows.
All Fellows began their NXT fellowship journeys in Phase 1, known as the "Individual Competition." During this three-week "regular season," they participated in three rounds of mock interviews. These interviews were scored and evaluated by MAP alumni, providing the Fellows with the tools and confidence needed to compete for the #1 position on the Leaderboard Rankings.
Sponsored by Wells Fargo, the Fellows simulated interviews for the role of "2026 Sophomore Discovery Fellow" at the bank. This experience offered valuable insights into Wells Fargo's unique offerings and taught the NXT Fellows how to tailor their responses to specific job roles and functions.
We look forward to seeing NXT's 2025 roster build on the rich tradition of last year's squad, which saw 75% of the 2024 NXT Fellows secure Summer 2026 analyst roles by March 2025, including some standouts from last year listed below:
