Curated résumé bundles and class lists for MAP’s 1,500+ college athletes, organized by role, skillset, and recruiting needs — giving partners breadth of access to our talent pool.

Customizable live or virtual events (Q&A, case rooms, workshops) that let your firm engage directly with MAP athletes and evaluate communication, presence, and professional readiness.

A private, hand-selected shortlist of 10–15 athletes built specifically for your firm using MAP’s Create-A-Player profiles, benchmarking against your past hires and success indicators.

Your firm becomes the official title sponsor of one MAP Fellowship (e.g., “Deloitte Winter X-Games”) with brand integration, visibility, and recruiting access throughout the season.

Guggenheim now unlocks our Scouting Reports — full class lists with direct contact information, academic profiles, and early indicators of fit — paired with résumé bundles that spotlight each athlete’s experience and trajectory within the MAP pipeline. These reports are designed to help your team identify and begin building relationships with high-potential candidates before the broader recruiting market engages them.
2028 Summer Analyst Candidates → MAP's c/o 2029 IB pipeline, featuring 250+ first-year NCAA athletes along with ~100 early-stage IB résumé profiles from Winter Fellows who've already begun technical preparation & career exploration inside our Major League system. This early visibility allows Guggenheim to develop familiarity with the next generation of athlete talent well ahead of the formal Summer 2028 recruiting cycle.

We’ve seen strong engagement from Guggenheim through the virtual sophomore events hosted in Fall 2024 and Fall 2025, which have served as valuable early touchpoints with the MAP athlete pipeline. Looking ahead, we believe this is the year to take engagement one step earlier by hosting a Spring Virtual Event with our rising sophomore (c/o 2029) class, two seasons ahead of the traditional recruiting timeline.
These sessions give Guggenheim bankers an early look at top MAP performers before formal recruiting begins, while allowing athletes to begin building familiarity with the firm. Ahead of the event, we would align on logistics — including panelist participation, session flow, and potential breakout rooms — to ensure the format maximizes engagement and provides Guggenheim with a clear read on the upcoming talent class.

Guggenheim now unlocks our Custom Draft Board feature — a curated, data-backed shortlist of MAP athletes most aligned with your hiring priorities in investment banking. For this cycle, we’ve identified 24 standout FDOJ candidateswho have already applied and separated themselves through strong performance during the Winter season.
Each athlete profile includes a sorted academic snapshot along with quick-access resources to support early evaluation, including résumé downloads, LinkedIn profiles, and simulated HireVue interviews. Our goal is to give Guggenheim a clear, early read on the most competitive candidates in the pipeline, while allowing your team to prioritize relationship-building with the athletes most likely to emerge as top performers in the upcoming recruiting cycle.

We are currently finalizing title partners for MAP’s 2026 Fall Diamond League Investment Banking Fellowship, and given Guggenheim’s role as the title sponsor in 2025, we wanted to connect with your team first before opening the slot to additional partners.
The Diamond League continues to be one of MAP’s most visible and competitive platforms for identifying top athlete IB talent early, and last year’s program directly produced two Guggenheim Summer 2026 hires, demonstrating the program’s ability to convert exposure into real recruiting outcomes.

Guggenheim’s two Summer 2027 hires — Nicole (🟩 Behavioral + Technical Complete) and Emory (🟨 Behavioral Only Complete) — represent two stages of readiness within the MAP Major League system. Nicole had completed both preparation tracks before her Superday with Guggenheim, while Emory had completed behavioral training and was actively building out her technical reps.
