"Winter X-Games" is a highly regarded team among our Early Pro partners, comprising ~100 driven fourth-year college and post-graduate athletes on the verge of graduation. Impressively, 40% of the 2025 roster advanced to Phase 2, with half of them securing full-time roles at leading companies before the end of the Winter League.
As Deloitte's full-time recruiting season approaches, we are excited for them to engage with the 2025 Winter X-Games team and continue the rich tradition of X-Games alumni who have joined them as Full-Time Analysts, including the three featured athletes below:
All Fellows began their X-Games fellowship journeys in Phase 1, known as the "Individual Competition." During this three-week "regular season," they participated in three rounds of mock interviews. These interviews were scored and evaluated by MAP alumni, providing the Fellows with the tools and confidence needed to compete for the #1 position on the Leaderboard Rankings.
Sponsored by Deloitte, the Fellows simulated interviews for the role of "2025 Strategy Analyst" at the bank. This experience offered valuable insights into Deloitte's's unique offerings and taught the X-Games Fellows how to tailor their responses to specific job roles and functions in the future.
We look forward to seeing this year's Winter X-Games roster build on the rich tradition of last year's squad, which saw 50% of the 2024 roster secure full-time roles before graduation, including some standouts from last year listed below:
