NXT TEAM RANKINGS

Our NXT Fellows worked in small case teams to evaluate Wells Fargo's Special Purpose Credit Program and recommend a new metropolitan area to receive a $10,000 Homebuyer Access grant by 2028. To formally conclude the project, each team submitted four key outputs to Wells Fargo leadership that we fondly refer to as the "Final 4": (1) a PowerPoint presentation; (2) a One-Pact Fact Sheet; (3) an Impact Statement; and (4) a Management Presentation.

We are proud to highlight one particular team—Team All-Access—for submitting final presentation materials that were visually appealing and efficiently communicated the team's strategy.
