Comprising an exclusive group of 75 dynamic first-year athletes, NXT boasts an impressive track record: 56% of the 2023-24 roster successfully advanced to Phase 2, and 95% of those candidates secured prestigious offers for Early Insight Programs or sophomore internships by EOY.

 "Formula 1" is a popular team for college partners looking to find top talent in investment banking for Sophomore and Junior Summer Analyst programs. With all Fellows focused on our finance-revenue business track (specifically investment banking), 60% advanced to Phase 2 of the competition, and 85% received internship offers in finance in 2024. 

"Women Playmakers" is a highly regarded team among our College partners, made up of ~100 first, second, and third-year athletes who identify as female or non-binary seeking internships in project-based strategy, data, and systems. An impressive 40% of the 2023-24 roster advanced to Phase 2, with 90% of them securing internship offers from top companies before the end of the Winter League.

The "D-League" is our oldest and most popular team for college partners looking to hire interns across various fields. For this reason, we offer a different iteration in each season: Winter D-League, Spring D-League, Summer D-League, and Fall D-League. The Winter D-League, in particular, had ~40% of its members advance to Phase 2 in 2024, with 90% securing internship offers in a range of competitive industries.

  "Winter X-Games" is a highly regarded team among our Early Pro partners, comprising ~100 driven fourth-year college and post-graduate athletes on the verge of graduation. Impressively, 40% of the 2023-24 roster advanced to Phase 2, with half of them securing full-time roles at leading companies before the Winter League ended.
