1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Every great franchise has a War Room — the command center where draft picks, scouting reports, and game film come together to build a championship roster. At MAP, that’s the Draft Room Portal.
The Portal is Morgan Stanley's exclusive GM dashboard for elite talent — a password-protected hub where all MAP's Commercial League Pass benefits live. From Scouting Reports and Power Rankings to Custom Draft Boards and Game Film Reviews, everything you need to evaluate MAP athletes is in one place, accessible on demand. Instead of juggling emails or waiting on updates, you step directly into the War Room — drafting smarter, moving faster, and building your team like a GM.

2. MORGAN STANLEY-SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION
As MAP enters its next recruiting season, we are pleased to share our updated partnership tiers and a recommendation tailored to Morgan Stanley’s long-term talent and culture goals.
Over the past four years, Morgan Stanley and MAP have built a flagship partnership—producing 50+ internship hires and 20+ full-time alumni who remain at the firm today (including 2024 Olympian, Dubem Amene). Together, we have demonstrated that the athlete-to-analyst pipeline can deliver high-performing, high-impact talent at scale across MAP’s nationwide network of collegiate athletes.
Looking ahead, Morgan Stanley’s upcoming Alternative Pathways for Athletes initiative—paired with Martin Vergara II’s goal to launch a firm-wide Athlete Employee Resource Group (ERG)—signals a commitment to building structured on-ramps for the nation’s top student-athlete talent, spanning both internship and full-time hiring.
*****
First, we’ve segmented our alumni into three buckets to provide a snapshot of the conversions and hires we’ve facilitated over the years — with 80% of outcomes coming from the three most competitive revenue-generating business stripes: Banking, Markets, and Wealth.

3. FINAL RECOMMENDATION
At MAP, this has long been our specialty: preparing athletes for competitive internships and front-office analyst roles through a system that mirrors the rigor of professional training.
Since launching in 2020, we have reimagined the athlete-to-analyst pipeline—transforming what was once informal and inconsistent into a standardized, scalable system that now enables partner firms to hire 15+ trained athletes each year. This model reflects both the depth of MAP’s national talent base and the precision of its development framework, built to deliver front-office-ready candidates at scale.
The League Pass Premium ($100,000) tier represents the most strategic next step in that shared vision. It expands beyond recruiting to help Morgan Stanley activate, retain, and celebrate the athlete network it has already built—while powering the next generation of early-professional pathways through data, structure, and community.

The Team Pass is MAP’s entry-level partnership — perfect for firms looking to establish a recruiting presence inside our ecosystem and access ready-to-hire, high-performing athletes across all four MAP PDA seasons.

Curated résumé bundles and class lists for MAP’s 1,500+ college athletes, organized by role, skillset, and recruiting needs — giving partners breadth of access to our talent pool.

Customizable live or virtual events (Q&A, case rooms, workshops) that let your firm engage directly with MAP athletes and evaluate communication, presence, and professional readiness.

A private, hand-selected shortlist of 10–15 athletes built specifically for your firm using MAP’s Create-A-Player profiles, benchmarking against your past hires and success indicators.

A live, MAP-run evaluation where your Custom Draft Board comes to life. Instead of résumés, firms watch their top picks perform NFL Pro Day–style interview drills under pressure.

The League Pass eliminates recruiting guesswork through data-driven insights and personalized engagement. It builds on the Team Pass with two signature upgrades that give partners a deeper, more analytical look at how athletes perform when it matters most.

A HUDL-style scouting platform combining résumés, mock-interview film, case work, peer analytics, and performance metrics — built to streamline the screening process.

MAP’s premier decision brief: narrative assessments integrating résumé signals, behavioral data, technical scores, and trajectory analysis — crafted for MD-level decision makers.

Your firm becomes the official title sponsor of one MAP Fellowship (e.g., “MS Skills Challenge”) with brand integration, visibility, and recruiting access throughout the season.

The League Pass Premium gives partners full-court access — combining elite alumni talent and internal culture-building tools to extend MAP’s impact inside your firm. It’s the ultimate personalization tier, turning recruiting success into long-term retention.

Direct access to the MAP Legends roster — allowing firms to reach high-performing MAP alumni across multiple industries, experience levels, and graduating classes.

Structured MAP partnership touchpoints across recruiting, analyst training, leadership development, and ERGS — embedding MAP into the firm beyond just early talent.

Access to MAP’s Minor League (Grades 9–12) high school pipeline — enabling firms to position themselves early with future talent, and build multi-year brand affinity.
