THE DRAFT ROOM

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Every great franchise has a War Room — the command center where draft picks, scouting reports, and game film come together to build a championship roster. At MAP, that’s the Draft Room Portal.

The Portal is your exclusive GM dashboard for elite talent — a password-protected hub where all of Guggenheim's Commercial League Pass benefits live. From Scouting Reports and Power Rankings to Custom Draft Boards and Game Film Reviews, everything you need to evaluate MAP athletes is in one place, accessible on demand. Instead of juggling emails or waiting on updates, you step directly into the War Room — drafting smarter, moving faster, and building your team like a GM.

2. GUGGENHEIM-SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

Entering the close of our second recruiting cycle together, MAP and Guggenheim Securities have begun building a promising pipeline. Across the first two cycles of the partnership, Guggenheim has engaged 13 MAP athletes through the recruiting process, extending six total offers and securing four analyst hires for the Summer 2026 and Summer 2027 classes.

Notably, Guggenheim doubled the number of offers extended year-over-year following enhancements to MAP’s technical training and interview preparation — a clear signal that the partnership is successfully aligning candidate readiness with the firm’s recruiting standards. As MAP athletes continue to become increasingly competitive across both elite boutiques and bulge brackets, the next phase of the partnership focuses on deepening early engagement and improving offer conversion to ensure Guggenheim continues to secure top athlete talent from the MAP pipeline.

🌟 Glow — Highlights from the Past Cycle

• Guggenheim doubled offers extended year-over-year following enhancements to MAP’s technical preparation (2 in Y1 → 4 in Y2).
• The firm maintained strong conviction in the MAP pipeline, extending offers to nearly half of the athletes interviewed across both recruiting cycles.
• MAP athletes accepting Guggenheim offers will join the Summer 2026 and Summer 2027 analyst classes, continuing to build the firm’s athlete representation within investment banking teams.

📈 Grow — Areas of Opportunity

• During early candidate identification, Guggenheim noted that many of the freshmen who emerged as top prospects were those who proactively expressed interest through networking and outreach. This highlights an opportunity for MAP to continue strengthening early-stage networking training, ensuring more athletes are prepared to engage with Guggenheim bankers earlier in the recruiting cycle.

• As MAP athletes increasingly receive multiple offers across elite boutiques and bulge-bracket banks, continued alignment around MAP’s custom draft board and early candidate prioritization will help identify athletes who are both strong performers and strong probability conversions for Guggenheim.
