Every great franchise has a War Room — the centralized hub where leadership tracks roster movement, evaluates long-term performance, and manages the infrastructure behind a championship organization. At MAP, that’s the Draft Room Portal.

The Portal serves as Bank of America’s exclusive partnership hub for managing its MAP athlete ecosystem — a password-protected system housing alumni records, hiring outcomes, employment pipelines, scorecards, and institutional recruiting history across the firm. Organized by office, line of business, and employment level, the Portal allows BofA to track the long-term growth of its MAP talent network while building institutional knowledge around the strongest student-athlete pipelines in the country.

2. BANK OF AMERICA-SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

Entering Year 5 of our partnership, MAP and Bank of America have already built a winning record together: 100+ total hires since 2021 and 40+ over the past 3 recruiting cycles (12 for Summer 2025, 20 for Summer 2026, and 30 for Summer 2027). Among them is Olympian Lauren Scruggs, who turned two internships at BofA into a full-time role as a PWM Analyst fresh off of winning a gold medal in Paris!

We have categorized our alumni into five groups — with 80% of outcomes concentrated in the firm’s most competitive revenue-generating lanes: Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, and Wealth Management.
