We promote career alignment as part of our Front Office Internship Program and that begins with exposing students to career paths that align with their interest and skills. It is our goal to not only connect students to internships in sports and entertainment but to connect them to executive careers in multiple industries. Students can leverage their athletic backgrounds to add value to different workspaces, and we believe that a passionate intern is also the most productive. To make our matching algorithm work best for you, please carefully rank your desired industry and geographical location from most desirable to least desirable. Please select your honest preferences, not how you think you will match.
Rank your desired track and location from most desirable to least desirable. The MAP team then takes your true preferences into consideration when making its placements.
Submit your online application, and other required documents, and qualify for an internship opportunity with a MAP partner.
Qualifying students and student-athletes receive an interview with a MAP team member for hiring consideration.
MAP's HR team uses a quantitative interview scorecard to evaluate the qualifications and suitability of qualifying students.
